President Obama recently visited Oakton High School in Washington D.C. to view their Cougar Cannon robot and speak about the importance of math and science education. He offered up a great quote saying:
“As president, I believe that robotics can inspire young people to pursue science and engineering. And I also want to keep an eye on those robots in case they try anything.”
Awesome. It’s comforting to know that despite all of the duties and distractions of being in charge, President Obama still understands the threat that robots pose.

Well, President Obama was very much right in saying that. Robots can become a threat if AI evolves to a level where-in, the humans cannot control them anymore. We have read about such threats in Comics and seen them on movies. But this is a real threat and maybe, one day, Robots would have evolved to such an extent, that they would not respond to any human commands!

Maybe someday Obama will extend tax-funded universal health benefits to robots as well…

Well.. that’s absolutely right
We are the one who create robots so there should be some prevention procedures in case of anything is out of control
Will they be big robots with guns like in the movies, or tiny nanobots that eat us from the inside out… Not that we need any help destroying ourselves.

I’m sure the attacks will include robots of all shapes and sizes – while running away from Godzillabot you will find yourself in a cloud of angry nanobots. Robots are sneaky like that.
Well. obama absolutely right
